Hello, I'm Manisha Chauhan-Patel, I'm a creative instructional designer. I work closely with my clients to support the learning and development of key audiences. My goal is to engage learners through interactivity and to transform training needs to ultimately improve business performance knowledge sharing and recall.

A tech savvy project manager, I use Twine for objective mapping projects and develop on Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Camtasia. Proficient in Microsoft Office 360, G Suite, Canva, Adobe products and Zoom.

Using adult learning theory including the ADDIE model (analysis, design, develop, implement & evaluate) to identify and assess your requirements collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and stakeholders. I'll conduct a needs analysis and provide learner centric training that fits to your timeline. I provide design documents, storyboards, scripts and prototypes of eLearning course before we go 'live', ensuring that everything is on point.
